eat more plants… yo.

Kid will eat anything! Even salad!!! My current salad obsession: spring greens, avocado, goji berries, raisins, crushed red peppers, pumpkin seeds, garlic, cracked pepper and lemon juice!

handful of spring greens
1/2 avocado
2 TB goji berries
2 TB raisins
2 TB pumpkin seeds (raw and sprouted = best!)
dash of garlic granules
dash of cracked black pepper
dash of red pepper flakes
1/2 lemon squeezed over

so fresh, so good, so easy.
